I fossick and sieve the opal-bearing dirt myself across Coober Pedy's fields: Black Flag, 17 Mile, Brown's Folly and more. Every parcel is tagged with the field it came from.
Sorted by hand
Each chip crosses my sorting table and is picked with tweezers under daylight and blacklight. Potch-only pieces and junk never make it into a parcel.
Cleaned properly
Parcels are tumble-cleaned and rinsed, then graded by size and colour. What you pour out is opal. No dust, no mud, no filler.
